Our company provides Supervision-Representation And Administration Services, to major Charter operators.
We act as the liaison point between the carrier and the Ministry of Transportation, Civil Aviation, Ground Support Service company and Local Authorities.
Our scope is to Supervise the Handling Agent (who we, always, choose in comparison of cost effect and high standard service) ensuring that the whole "Function" of a turnaround is on time.
We aim to establish On Time Performance for each flight, as the preparation of a flight is our Priority ,and Punctuality, during ground time operation, is our forte.

Our staff is trained yearly ,under the instructions of each operator, in order to serve each flight under the company’s standards.
For delayed flights, we are able to provide hotel accommodation, transport for crew/passengers and meals in restaurants.
